Referral Candy & Affiliate

I was able to to do the setup by myself and did not need any IT support. Yet I asked for a call with the Referral Team to discuss ways to optimization. JC got on a call for me and we went through our Dashboard together. He gave me some concrete tipps on how to get more out of the Referral Candy software. He also included all topics in a summary mail he sent afterwards. On top of that he was available in the chat the whole day while working on the discussed topics. Thanks from Munich! Daniela

The support is quick and great! 100% recommended. We were able to do a referral program that has exceeded our expectations.

We have seen a strong increase in the ROA of >10x compared to the app fees. It is easy to setup and configure, the widget and email settings are intuitive and give enough flexibility to reach the desired design. Additionally, the support is great! Good fraud detection system, and does a very good job of encouraging customers to sign up for additional referral discounts. Have not had any issues with it.

just getting set up, it's pretty easy to use but i had a few questions, even on the chat support, super quick - Lorraine is a superhero

Just going through the onboarding process and Lorraine has been very helpful. Only giving it 4 stars because we haven't tested the app out fully yet. Will update if it proves to be what we're looking for.

5* so far. The customer support team are very quick to respond and are very helpful. I am going through the activation session now, fingers crossed everything goes smoothy.

Katherine with support is awesome! She was super helpful, as the app itself is not very intuitive to set up. But we'll see how it goes once it's activated!

I installed the app yesterday and today JC reached via chat to ask if I had any question we jumped on a zoom call right away and he helped me answer all my questions regarding Referral Candy and integration with Klavyio and Shopify! this app seems terrific and great customer service experience!
