We had an issue with signing-up. Katherine helped us to resolve the issue and was a great support throughout every stage. The customer service is great.

A very useful app. Very versatile and with numerous features for boosting return. Also, their customer service is excellent. Jon was very helpful and professional and sorted my query quickly and effectively.

The only communication with customer service is by email, no phone number to call, and they take a few days in responding. The app doesn't even work like it is supposed to and keeps spamming my customer with invitations that don´t even work

We had a few hiccups getting started with our Klaviyo integration but Jon was highly responsive and escalated the issue as appropriate. Looking forward to launching our referral program!

We couldn't even get through the setup, which should have been the easiest thing to do. The email templates don't work like any WYSIWYG system I've EVER seen, and you're obligated to find an outside developer to do very simple tasks like fix the mandatory social icon links that are in the default template. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and since we couldn't get past step 1, I can't review the actual platform performance. With our poor experience, I would NOT recommend this to anyone. There are multiple other options out there, and we've been able to get an alternative all setup and running in less than 10% of the time spent fighting with the ReferralCandy platform.
Hi Abby, I'm sorry the set up experience wasn't to your expectations. I agree that our developer mode can be tricky, and your detailed review will help us make a better product. Although our support team did try to help, perhaps we could have jumped on a call (which we do regularly) to address your growing frustration over the setup process. This is a fantastic app for referrals that has almost everything you need. More importantly, the support I received from JC has been awesome, timely, and greatly needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app. One tiny feature that could be added to make the best integrated app would be rewards for certain actions by customers: sharing on social media, following an insta page, etc

Fantastic app, and the support is mega! I've never had support this good before from online chat, not only did Hannah resolve my issue really quickly, and with a really nice, friendly manner, she also picked up on something I'd missed (I'd not added custom imagery and info in the social sharing section) and sent me a screen grab, and gave me a link to where I could go in and edit it. Fantastic, I wish all other firms offered online support like this!!

Referral Candy is great. We just start using it, but it has basically everything we need. The only thing is that the referral widget (the little gift icon) is a bit too small to notice. We really love the landing page (embedded widget) and it can be added to our navigation to increase impressions. Customer support is super helpful & responsive. Thanks Benz & JC for helping us out!

I was a bit confused trying to edit the post-purchase popup, but Katherine was very quick to help me (less than a minute!) and sorted out all my problems. Very impressed. I'm looking forward to testing the campaigns live!

We have been using ReferralCandy for over a year now, however recently changed our checkout flow on Shopify, where we experienced some issues. Katherine, at ReferralCandy, was able to quickly help us resolve the issue, working with her dev team, to resolve the issue and get us back up and running again.

App wont complete the account set-up process upon installation - just gets stuck on the Referral Candy website.
Hi there. Apologies if you're having a hard time completing the signup process. We saw the message you sent our team earlier and one of our success managers is reaching out to you to help quickly get this sorted. Thank you! UPDATE: Hi again, we’ve been trying to reach you. We’ve figured out what happened and the fix is fairly simple to implement (instructions also sent via email). Just let us know as soon as you are ready and we’ll help get everything setup.

The app can be tough to figure out, but the chat feature has been amazing! I worked with Katherine who answered each and every question I had; she was beyond helpful in getting everything sorted out.

The tool is great although it is not as friendly if you have to set it up in another language that is not English and the process is a bit tedious. The support was great though, Jon helped me out with the issues I had and got me back on track. So shoutout to Jon. Looking forward to seeing what results I get from the app.
