Hannah was great! Very helpful! She answered all of my questions and solved my problem. I had tried to set up a phone call with another person but he flaked on me so Hannah restored my faith :-)

The support of Jon is super. The app does what it says, and has the best options compared to others if you look for a referral program. For our business it turns out not to be marketing tool we need. But I am glad we tried.

I am writing this review for the recent experience I had with Jessa. I needed additional info for one of our customers, and she was very quick with her help. Provided me with the best course of action for the situation moving forward. It's rare to find a company with a very responsive and helpful support live chat.

Excellent customer support. The app was simple to configure and works well with no issues. My only suggestion would be have the app create its own folder for the coupon codes

The interface is great to use. Perfect customer service (Jessa) easy setup and works fine. Would be nice to automaticly had some translations (for the future)

Had some trouble getting this app going at the start. Cris went out of his way to help get this set up. He was very responsive and consistently helpful for the full week when we were setting this app. The app is great as well - lot of room for customisation
