I was a bit confused trying to edit the post-purchase popup, but Katherine was very quick to help me (less than a minute!) and sorted out all my problems. Very impressed. I'm looking forward to testing the campaigns live!

We have been using ReferralCandy for over a year now, however recently changed our checkout flow on Shopify, where we experienced some issues. Katherine, at ReferralCandy, was able to quickly help us resolve the issue, working with her dev team, to resolve the issue and get us back up and running again.

App wont complete the account set-up process upon installation - just gets stuck on the Referral Candy website.
Hi there. Apologies if you're having a hard time completing the signup process. We saw the message you sent our team earlier and one of our success managers is reaching out to you to help quickly get this sorted. Thank you! UPDATE: Hi again, we’ve been trying to reach you. We’ve figured out what happened and the fix is fairly simple to implement (instructions also sent via email). Just let us know as soon as you are ready and we’ll help get everything setup.

The app can be tough to figure out, but the chat feature has been amazing! I worked with Katherine who answered each and every question I had; she was beyond helpful in getting everything sorted out.

App support is too good but in app you need to give the more feature like where we want to show that pages and popup these kind of option if you give so it's more easy to integrate.

We came across this app to drive sales and noticed we weren't getting results. Referral Candy was recommended to me by a trusted friend who works for a multi-$million wine company that uses it with great success. I just started an account today, but so far I’m 5-star pleased with the customer support (live chat). Jessa was very prompt and helpful in advising us on our very particular, not-so-straightforward needs. As I begin to set things up, the platform is proving to be streamlined and intuitive. Happy with their resources as well: the "How It Works" video is very helpful. So far, so good! Looking forward to launching our first referral campaign.

The setup is not ideal, took us a few weeks to get it up and running but the service was great. Cris @referralcandy is a trooper.
