Just had a chat with Katherine and our Account Rep Valerie to resolve an issue that came up. They were able to make the adjustment for one of our referrers that will make a big difference. It's the little things that Referral Candy does that make it a great App and company to work with.

I submitted a ticket with a question about set up of Referral Candy and received an immediate response including a very clear and easy to follow video. I had a couple trouble shooting questions which were all answered promptly by Cris, who successfully helped me resolve my questions. Great support.

So far the app has integrated well with our Shopify store and Mailchimp customer list. With private browsing and new privacy software on devices, it seems that our only hiccups to completely automating the referral process are mostly a result of customers privacy preferences on their devices. Even with this, I was put in contact with Jon and shown how to match referrals to the correct advocates so that everyone receives their rewards properly. Within our first email campaign announcing the referral program, we have already seen new customers come from our existing customer base - it's a great win-win for everyone.

So far so good. Help desk is amazing (and basically in my timezone AWST). Easy to install and very supportive help desk.
