Very good plug-ins and excellent customer service. Then I hope the technical support of the technical team can be more in place. In that case, the plug-in will be more perfect

Stats are not very complete and it is hard to follow your perfs. But the support is super reactive. Katherine was really helpful ! I wanted to make some changes on the app and she helped me a lot ! Thanks !

I just started to use this app so I'm still not sure how much it could be effective but I'm hoping it will work well for our business! When I had some questions about how the app works, Jelson and Benz explained it so well. The customer service is pretty impressive!

We thought we had a good referral program going but results were dismal. We started using the Referral Candy app and the first day referrals went up substantially and continued every day since. Trying to learn more about the app I got things messed up and didn't know what to do - that's when Jon Dolor contacted me. He told me he could see I was having a problem, I explained it to him and like magic he fixed it! Love this app for the results, the ease of use and for the amazing support of the staff!

Terrible deal for store owners. On top of the $50/month, they take 5% commission on the next THREE orders for each referred customer (it's in the fine print). Say your average order value is $100. You'll pay them $15 for each referral. Why would I do this when there are plenty of apps that charge a flat rate of $50/month. Or when I can pay FB ads $5 to acquire a new customer? You'll also have to factor in the cost of referral discounts (assuming 10% coupons for referred and referrer, $100 AOV, that's another $20 in cost. Your app looks well thought out, but please reconsider your revenue model.
