We are still in the free trial period but so far we've been very impressed with their customer support (especially from Benz) -- very helpful, friendly and quick in getting back to us. Using the app was also very easy. Hopefully at the end of the trial we're seeing the referrals / sales we expect to see.

app is not the easiest to use especially with klaviyo but the customer support is great and thankfully very helpful!

It does a great job! The interface isn't always the most intuitive because the labelling isn't clear. But the customer service is prompt and helpful!

Was trying to port our RC account from a platform to Shopify and Dwight was really helpful with it :) He was very prompt in following up and guide us whenever we need it! Will definitely refer other users to use RC as their support is superb :)
