Was trying to port our RC account from a platform to Shopify and Dwight was really helpful with it :) He was very prompt in following up and guide us whenever we need it! Will definitely refer other users to use RC as their support is superb :)

Katherine did a phenomenal job helping me today. I used the Referral Candy chat feature to get in touch with someone and within minutes, Katherine was able to solve my problem and suggest a hugely helpful tip to increase our company's exposure on social media. We've only just signed up to Referral Candy and haven't had too much experience using the system yet but the support so far has been exceptional. Dwight has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly. He did a fantastic job of explaining all of the features and functions to us in a way that was simple for us to understand. We're really looking forward to testing out Referral Candy over the next few weeks and learning more about it with Dwight's help.
