Great app, great support. Easy to install and configure. Works as it have to. Hard to get a high conversion rate, but I guess we have to investigate more.

Customer service was incredibly helpful with getting set up and running tests to make sure things are working correctly. There is a bit of a learning curve, and some of the UI can be a bit difficult to navigate. That's the only reason it's not a perfect score.

Derek at Referral Candy has been extremely helpful with getting us set up on the app. It is a pretty simple app to use and integrates well with Shopify and Klaviyo. Looking forward to increasing sales with our new referral program!

Karen, the customer support agent at referral candy, did an excellent job of navigating my team to the right place. We were able to update our DNS records and send emails for the referral campaigns we where running from our domain. Further increasing our open rate!. Honestly great job by the staff and a great app!
