Customer service was incredibly helpful with getting set up and running tests to make sure things are working correctly. There is a bit of a learning curve, and some of the UI can be a bit difficult to navigate. That's the only reason it's not a perfect score.

Karen, the customer support agent at referral candy, did an excellent job of navigating my team to the right place. We were able to update our DNS records and send emails for the referral campaigns we where running from our domain. Further increasing our open rate!. Honestly great job by the staff and a great app!

ReferralCandy is a great app and I'd definitely recommend it. We run a subscription based business using Recharge and we didn't encounter any difficulties. We also got an excellent support from Jon which made everything smoother.
