Derek at Referral Candy has been incredible helpful in helping us set up our referral scheme and answer some FAQ's - I couldn't of asked for better customer service!

I just finished setting up the app and will launch it soon. It's very easy and so far the best app I tried for a referral program. Jon and Derek helped me while setting up : the customer service is just great.

I only just downloaded this app so cannot comment too much on it, however the customer service I received from Tom today was impeccable. Answered all my questions very promptly!

We love ReferralCandy and it's been a huge asset to our business. I initially had a poor customer experience with a rep on their team, but their Head of Customer Support (Jaime) followed up with me personally and helped fix the issue. Big thanks for that and we'll continue to be a client because of this. UPDATE: Had a small issue that was fixed immediately by Jon from the support team. ReferralCandy continues to earn our business day-in, day-out.

I completely tested this app and support team was amazing in helping out at every step. They could integrate better in countries like India and the payout process should be faster. JC, Tom and couple of others were of incredible support.

A good straightforward solution. One of the few that allows "custom" rewards. Configuration is clear. I needed some specific support for my requirements and Derek was really fast and helpful. He was able to signpost me to areas of the admin interface, where you get a little more functionality to edit the templates. Hugely helpful.

JC was extremely helpful in helping me get set and started, giving me tips and advice for optimum results. He took the time to chat with me over zoom and help out with a couple of installations and syncing of data with emails.

I communicated with Lorraine regarding some questions on the widget and she was helpful! I'm still working on set-up and understanding all of the potential changes we can make as well as what that will look like on the customer side.

This app is very user friendly and the ready to go templates look great. I set it up myself but Benz was really proactive and at getting in touch to recommend some improvements. I am sure that it will be successful in bringing in lots of referral revenue :)
