ReferralCandy is a great app and I'd definitely recommend it. We run a subscription based business using Recharge and we didn't encounter any difficulties. We also got an excellent support from Jon which made everything smoother.

I've pestered Tom with loads of questions, and he has been incredibly helpful. Sorted us out in no time when we had issues. Been very proactive. Even waived fees in one occasion. Amazing customer service!

I initially had a poor customer experience with a rep on their team, but their Head of Customer Support (Jaime) followed up with me personally and helped fix the issue. I completely tested this app and support team was amazing in helping out at every step. They could integrate better in countries like India and the payout process should be faster. JC, Tom and couple of others were of incredible support.

A good straightforward solution. One of the few that allows "custom" rewards. Configuration is clear. I needed some specific support for my requirements and Derek was really fast and helpful. He was able to signpost me to areas of the admin interface, where you get a little more functionality to edit the templates. Hugely helpful.
