Not even 1 sale with this referral program, and I have been already charged $49 for nothing. I guess they do not care.

I'm still new to the app but their customer service is incredible. Lorraine not only answered my questions but she made sure she connected me with all of the info I would need to further build out my program.

App has been good so far. Synced well with our Klaviyo account and when we had questions, Derek on the Referral Candy team was helpful in resolving them. Too early to tell if there will be a lot of business via referral, but our fingers are crossed.

Benz Jalali was great, happy with customer service. Only annoying thing Shopify doesnt let you do with this app is have multiple referral discount coupons at once if you're the referrer/advocate.

I am very excited to see what the app will do to help my business. I had a great call today with Derek Benito at Referral Candy. He walked me through my account to see where I could make improvements and helped me add the widget to the home page. He was so helpful and encouraging. I can't wait to see what happens now that he is helping me!

I've really appreciated all the incredible support I've received from the team (especially Karen!). Over several days of back and forth's, she always puts in max effort, is very timely with responses, and gets to the bottom of issues quickly. Keep up the great work and I'll be recommending this app to many in the future.
