We recently launched our Referral Candy program and had some confusion about the back-end settings. Karen was very attentive and helped me quickly sort out the issues we were having. She spent time sending customers their discount codes and making sure we were set up from here on out. Thank you again, Karen!

We are requiring a unique and more complex integration than most, and though we are still working toward a full integration, Derek has been great support during the process of trying to integrate. He checks in daily to get a progress report, offer helpful advice, and make sure we're taking the right steps. Thanks, Derek!

This is an easy to use / set up app and if you get stuck their customer service is very responsive. Definitely worth checking out!

Given that we just launched our campaign I cannot comment on the performance yet but the Customer Service has surpassed my expectations. Derek has been responsive, informative, and overall a great resource while setting up our program. He went above and beyond making sure I could customize to meet our company needs. Super responsive customer service - Adam has always been on hand to help with our set up. We had a lot of questions to do with our setup and we've always got quick answers. Overall, referral candy has been a great solution for us

Much easier to integrate than other apps offering referral. I had tried a cheaper one but you get what you pay for. Friendly and fast customer service too!

Have just integrated this - so I have not been able to fully try it out yet but I had a number of questions on integration and setup (since we have a unique product + subscription) and Derek from customer service was super helpful! He helped me continuously until we sorted it out and set up the program the way I wanted to.

Referral Candy still the best referral program app out there. Definitely there's room for improvement and their support is aware of it as they keep improving the app and service. Very responsive support and Jon has always been super helpful
