Had three great guys helping me to set the app and launch all emails. Got a bit lost into the app as I did not know when the emails would be sent and in which sequence so i was trying to understand the flow of action when the system triggers which email. With the help of 3 great guys Charlie, Sam and Roj got my way into this and have it up and running. Thank you all for your continuous support and patience to guide me step by step in the process.

Customer support has been above and beyond. Overall, the app works as advertised. Has some quirks and limitations (especially the API), but how willing the team is to work with you to solve the problems makes a massive difference. Very excited to start & scale our referral program with this tool!

Tested several referral programs compatible with Recharge, and this one is by far the smoothest. Seamless integration and top-notch support. Jessa from customer service was especially helpful :-D

I must say that you need to be quite technical to complete the setup yourself. However, I get step-by-step support from Charlie, and he is patient, problem-solving, and has a nice tone. So, 10 out of 10 stars for customer support! I am still in the set up stage, however I hope all the work will be worth it :)
