Meets all my needs to set up a referral campaign efficiently. Customer service has been spot on -- in particular, Innah and Roj have been helpful in quickly answering any questions I have and resolving my issues.

I have had a great experience with the product. The support team was quick to respond and help with all the doubts beyond the assigned time as well. I spoke to Roj and he was extremely polite and very helpful even after the designated time. Helped me with the documentation needed for our store.

Wir nutzen das Referral Candy seit ein paar Tagen. Das Erstellen einer Kampagne und Emails war soweit einfach machbar. Wir hatten eine Rückfrage, die sehr schnell von Jessa überprüft und beantwortet wurde. Toll, dass man sich auf den Kundenservice verlassen kann. Wenn mal Probleme aufkommen, wissen wir, dass wir in guten Händen sind!

I have tried most of the big decently-priced referral apps and this app seems to do almost everything I need. Other ones missed features, or had some things broken. Not everything is perfect in Referral Candy either, but so far seems the best one for my needs. The customer service is excellent and helps fast with the things you don't understand.
