Charlie was personable and patient while helping me with my many questions with launching an affiliate campaign. He made sure my problem was resolved and checked multiple times to ensure that I didn't have any other issues. Tested several referral programs compatible with Recharge, and this one is by far the smoothest. Seamless integration and top-notch support. Jessa from customer service was especially helpful :-D

I must say that you need to be quite technical to complete the setup yourself. However, I get step-by-step support from Charlie, and he is patient, problem-solving, and has a nice tone. So, 10 out of 10 stars for customer support! I am still in the set up stage, however I hope all the work will be worth it :)

Quick setup, professional templates and flexible rewards make this a great value referral app. Analytics could be stronger and mobile interface needs work, but the ROI is excellent for small/mid-sized businesses without development resources. Jessa was super helpful!
