Excellent customer service. Kevin answered me very quickly and resolved all my questions efficiently, He did not refer me to guides (as happens on other platforms) He was Checking my account and telling me exactly the steps.

Support Experience Rating with Irene: 10/10 I am extremely satisfied with my support experience. The response time was extremely quick and my problem was resolved efficiently and competently. The staff were friendly, professional and committed. Communication was clear and understandable, and I felt well looked after throughout. My concern was resolved completely and sustainably, leaving no unanswered questions. I would recommend this support at any time.

Sobre la APP, os la recomendaré cuando empiece a generar, de momento en 4 días ha generado una venta. Respecto a la profesionalidad y al trato inmejorable. Raúl nos ha explicado la app y guiado en la configuración para tenerla funcional en tiempo record. Si la app está a la altura de los trabajadores... un 10.

haven't had a chance to launch my campaign, but KATHERINE in customer support was an absolute star She not only answered my questions and gave me all the tools I needed to start using the software, she even made design suggestions and sent screenshots of my own photos with custom text. 11/10
