Haven't made our scheme live yet as we're still testing it out, but so far have had EXCELLENT customer service. Dwight has been fantastic and even extended our 30day trial period as we were still in testing phases.

I have yet to get used to this app. Derek is extremely helpful & patient in walking me through on how to use ReferralCandy with Bold Subscription Check-out & Shopify Check-out. I give this app 4 stars as it was quite confusing without the help of Derek. However, I would rate Derek more than 5 stars for his professionalism, patience, and knowledge with his product, ReferralCandy. Thank you very much Derek!

Pretty straight forward process and they handle payments through PayPal. Makes it nice and simple - set it up and let it roll. Quick replies on chat support which is huge - had a question and Lorraine helped me immediately and included screenshots to make things clear.

The app is functioning and support was good BUT despite fairly high sales of $10k per week, we're not getting purchases from referrals. Not digging that it only lets you have one referral program running and not multiple programs / offers... you're stuck with whatever you initially promise.

We haven't used it full-fledged yet but the chat support is awesome. Whenever we have a query they respond in no time, explains things thoroughly & patiently. I like it when they follow up on your request via email despite of answering it on chat.
