Derek at Referral Candy has been extremely helpful with getting us set up on the app. It is a pretty simple app to use and integrates well with Shopify and Klaviyo. Looking forward to increasing sales with our new referral program!

This is a predatory and unethical app. Referral Candy makes it virtually impossible to delete or downgrade the app. This should not be in the Shopify app store until Referral Candy changes their behavior.
Hey Patrick, your account manager Derek tried to reach out to you several times, but did not hear back. It looks like you tried to downgrade ReferralCandy, but this is not possible as we only have one pricing option. Support has been great as we get ourselves up and running. The app works well and so far we have not had any issues getting our advocates paid.

Karen, the customer support agent at referral candy, did an excellent job of navigating my team to the right place. We were able to update our DNS records and send emails for the referral campaigns we where running from our domain. Further increasing our open rate!. Honestly great job by the staff and a great app!

Great stuff, we're excited to get referral moving. Dwight was very helpful and got us up and running in no time.
