The app is very versatile in nature and can be modified to fit many different needs and scenarios of a company, which is very convenient. The installation and integration process with third-party apps is also instant and does not come with any added hassle or worries. But, the thing I look most for when deciding on the right application to purchase is customer service and attention to detail. Shoutout to Dwight S., he was not only able to help answer any queries over email on a timely manner but was also very crucial in helping us get set up as quickly as possible given our short timeline for optimal set up. He offered to get on the phone with our team and help us figure all the details out so we can get started as soon as possible. Thank you Dwight!!

We had some initial complications with the integration of recharge regarding the automatic discount code being applied to subscriptions. However, this was resolved with the help of Derek our Customer Success Manager when he went above and beyond to get any problems we faced resolved and make sure everything ran smoothly thereafter. Since then we have had over £4000 worth of referral sales using Referral Candy. There's no surprise that this brilliant app has a great team behind it I would highly recommend using this app.

Great app with reasonable amount of back-end control. I needed assistance with some features and Lorraine Garcia was helpful and prompt with responses. I did notice some of the documentation was outdated as the UI in some documentation did not reflect what I was seeing in the RC app.

It's definitely the go-to app when you want to use Referral Campaign. Karen from ReferralCandy is super helpful, she immediately gets on the call with me whenever I need help. Very easy to set up and go - everything under 5mins.

A bit limited in terms of functionality (can't automatically apply credits to a subscription, no single-use codes for friends, not much flexibility in terms of email campaign UI) but really great support team - we spoke with Tom who was super comprehensive in terms of providing answers. Will fulfil your basic needs for referrals.

We're currently setting things up and are very excited to launch our referral program. We had many questions and we were able to work directly with one of RC's team members (Dwight S.). Dwight was VERY helpful and walked us through every detail that we needed clarification on. He also suggested some strategies that we will try out. This has been a great experience so far and we're excited to get this up and running!

Great app - very easy to set up and appears to work well. Very affordable compared to competitors. Customer service was excellent - Karen answered all my questions in a timely manner and even made suggestions to improve my setup that I wasn't aware of.
