Referral Candy & Affiliate

Derek was super helpful during the onboarding call. I'm excited to try out ReferralCandy. Thanks, Derek!

This app is great, it helped direct a lot of traffic to our site and we saw many sales from it. Jon, in customer service was great! He was prompt and helped with all of my minor issues.

The guys helped us rectify our issues and has been working well since. Keep up the good work and improvements

Dwight just gave outstanding support in getting us launched with this app. Now looking forward to get our sales boosted.

Enjoying this app so far and appreciate the support in getting this set up thanks to Jon. Would love to see supported customisation for emails and widgets in a drag and drop style editor. Am yet to see converted referrals to ensure it all works with our many apps, but happy to be set up and running with it.

Although I did have some issues with the app, Derek B and the support team go above and beyond to help rectify the problems and work with me to find the best solutions for my business. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to leverage their loyal customers.

Easy to use and set up. Excited to see the results we get. Derek B. was super helpful when we had our call and answered all of the questions I had.

I just downloaded it and so far so good. I reached out to Karen from support and she was super helpful and saved me a ton of time :)

After I tested the tool for 2 months on one of my websites, and it is really customizable and meeting my needs. Karen was really nice and helped me clone one theme from one store to another.

When I first started using Referral Candy I had a lot of questions and Benz from their customer service team was a big help!

Derek from CS was super helpful. He walked me through the app for my store & explained some of the features the app has to offer.

The app gives a lot of options and it's a good first step towards having a referral system. Derek was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Thank you Derek.

Dwight was super helpful. I didn't know how to utilise the app properly at first but now I have great tips, I'm looking forward to seeing how the performance goes up (it was already above average with no tips!) Thank you!

Really excited to get started with Referral Candy, I had a few issues when I initially installed it but I reached out to customer service and Tom helped me get it all sorted and now it works perfectly :) Thanks Tom!

Easy to install and we started converting on day 1. Word of mouth is huge for us and being able to incentivize customers who are already raving about us is a really exciting play! We're looking forward to implementing the tips Jon sent over to us as well to make our successful campaign even more succesful.

Great service and works smoothly. Karen from the support team really helped me fix a bunch of stuff that I was missing to change my emails from English to Spanish. Thank you Karen!

The support team is super helpful and responds quickly. Karen from the support team is super amazing she helped me solve lots of problems and even provided me lots of useful skills of how to use this app. Thanks Karen!

We just got this app, and it was very easy to install and work with! We had some issues getting the formatting correct onto a static webpage, but the support from Lorraine was great and problem was solved quickly. Looking forward to using this app!

We have just signed up for a one month trial. I have just finished an induction with Benz who was most helpful. Thank you Benz. Looking forward to lots of referrals.

Derek has been really helpful with getting us set up on Wildgrain! I've really appreciated how he's taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and get on screen share calls.
