Really easy to setup and much more visually customizable that other platforms we have tried. We also had an AMAZING customer service rep (Derek) to help us get set up and integrated. He was super knowledgable, responsive, and a joy to chat with. So rare.

I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. Jon was very friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions directly and clearly. As a matter of fact, I realized I had another question after we hung up, and I am hoping I can reach Jon again directly, since he was so helpful the first time. Super impressed with the customer service. I sent a question and within minutes Karen had an answer. She ended up working with me for over an hour! Answering all sorts of questions about colors and functions. She helped to customize the app to fit my need. Karen actually just made the changes for me! Wow, I have never experienced such top notch help. I was debating whether to go with Referral Candy because of the price... You definitely get what you pay for!

Looking forward to trying this app. Chatted with their agent, Tippy, who was very helpful and took the time to walk me through all the features. He answered all my questions about sending a Invite Link to old customers, customizing messaging on popups + emails for new customers... Seems like a straightforward tool!

Just started using the app, and so far very excited about it, but I can't speak too much to its use yet since we just started using it. I had a small issue the first day when setting it up, but Derek from the Referral Candy team was very helpful and attentive. Thanks, Derek! Another issue came up and I had a question about integration with the app and Tom was super helpful & quick to respond. Thank you, Tom!
