Lorraine helped me out for over an hour getting set up and was hugely helpful! She was able to make recommendations on the particular reward to start with and even helped format our CSV when it wasn't uploading properly.

Very user-friendly interface. Simple to set up and get going while still deep enough to provide customizable options. Lorraine was super helpful and helped me figure out a way to do what I needed. Highly recommend if considering and it fits your needs.

Our customer success manager Derek was amazing. We had been running a discount based reward campaign that we set up ourselves for a short time and we weren’t seeing great results do to the one-time purchase nature of our products. Derek reached out, offered his help, provided excellent suggestions and diligently walked us through the entire creation of a new cash based rewards campaign, answering tons of questions along the way. We look forward to seeing the result of these changes but either way Derek was great a great help!

Been trying it for the first time. There are some limitations to be improved, but overall, it does the job. Their support, however, blows my mind. Jon from ReferralCandy has been amazing!
