The setup of a referral campaign is relatively intuitive. However, I needed help to understand how I could format the text for the email, landing page etc. Derek in the chat support did a great job in assisting me with this! Thank you!

We're using referral candy to manage 2 separate referral programs (one for customers and one for influencers) and Derek in the support team was incredibly invested and helpful when we were setting up our second account. Truly loved working with him and the rest of the support team.

We're using Referral Candy to launch our latest referral program. Super simple set up and configuration. The only gotcha during our integration testing was that the fraud prevention was catching our self referred orders, but I guess that's a good thing :). Their support was super responsive and Karen helped me understand exactly what was going on and aided me in placing a successful test order.

We've never done referrals and would like to see how we might be able to test out different programs. Derek on the customer support team was *ultra helpful* getting me up to speed on what our options are and how Referral Candy works as you adjust the program — e.g. what do past customers see when the referral program is changed from dollar to percentage discount? Can't wait to give it a shot and see what happens!
