Referral Candy is great. Tippy has been extraordinary in helping us to understand the use of Referral Candy and to accelerate our learning curve to get set up. Tippy is very knowledgeable and a terrific trainer. He made the process seem effortless.

Does exactly what you need it to do. Referrals are powerful but fiddly as hell to set up and manage. RC makes it easy. Also worth noting that the support is excellent. No issues, I just had questions largely because I didn't watch the tutorial video... but they got sorted on live chat quickly. All round a great experience.

5 Stars specifically for Tippy's customer service. He was un-relenting to help us with some wonkyness in re-activating a Shopify experience. Thanks Tippy!

Derek quickly responded to our email and was very helpful in setting up Referral Candy properly and connecting it with ReCharge. Great experience so far.

Tippy helped me set up my account in about 20 min and answered all of my questions perfectly. We were looking for a way to combine aspects of an affiliate program and a referral program. Even though the ReferralCandy program doesn't specifically do that, he showed me how I could manually do it myself. My call with him was super helpful! Thank you.

Hey, thanks for the translator and the amazing customer service. Though it's kinda pity that no affiliate intergrated in the referral candy, it's warm with this amazing customer service.

Works great, we get so many referral sales from it and it's all automated so we don't have to do much at all! Super happy and they have good support!

We have just started using this app and it seems quite promising so far. But the reason I wanted to write this is because of the fantastic customer support. Customer onboarding is undoubtedly an important step and we had a few questions. Karen from customer support was extremely helpful and answered all our questions in detail. Great experience so far!
