Easy to use and my customers love the ability to refer their friends. I had a problem (my fault) with the way I set up the app and Tippy was very prompt and helpful in getting it sorted out for me. I'm looking forward to using the app to grow my shop now that I have it properly set up

Great app, and the support is just awesome. I had some problems with the billings and Bryan called me to sort it out. Never saw anything like that in any other app (and I use a lot of apps). Other great super customer service I received form them: Tippy started helping me out to integrate the Referral candy with Recharge, almost there... After one day Benz helped me for another 5 hours and finally it's all running like I wanted it too. Finally also Karen helped me with some issues I was getting when the campaign start running. Was a hard work, and the team was great figuring out how to proper integrate with recharge. Thank you Referral candy team!

The support team for the app is fantastic, in particular, Derek who worked with our store through massive amounts of troubleshooting and assistance. While at times I felt distraught, Derek was extremely helpful and took on a role far above and beyond his position to make sure I had the help to solve the issue.

La aplicación cumple con lo estipulado, sin embargo tiene sus limitaciones. Las traducciones al español deben realizarse manualmente. Sería la mejor app de referido si pudiera tener opciones como dar un descuento o dinero x a la persona que refiere a un amigo en la primera compra que dicho amigo realice y luego ofrecer otro tipo de descuento o dinero por las siguientes compras que realice el amigo referido. Ejemplo: 1ª compra 10% y desde la segunda compra en adelante 5%. El precio de la app es aceptable en comparación con otras app, como smile, que te cobran segun las caracteristicas del programa que quieras usar. ReferralCandy ofrece todas estas características a un precio único y asequible. El servicio posventa es excelente y Raul a estado muy pendiente a mis necesidades. Gracias por todo.
