We have been using referral candy for our brand, and we had some problems on editing some of our pages. Tomas helped me out today on my referral page edit! His reply was quick and simple. Thank you for your detailed help!

The app is easy to use and setup, providing great analytical tools to see how well your referral scheme is performing against industry averages. The support team is also very responsive and actively seeks to provide guidance - a special thank you to Jon for his ongoing support.

This app is great but is missing one thing, in my opinion, to be AWESOME. I wish Referral Candy would allow me to see the unique code that gets sent out to my customers. There have been times where customers would lose their email and require it to be sent out again. There is no option to send them another new one and void the old one or send them a copy of the code already sent to them. Hats off to TIPPY who has been here for my business time after time with quick and efficient solutions! He deserves 5 stars alone.

The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.

Good features and working well so far! Great customer support! Pretty easy to use! It would be better if it's more customizable. But overall it's a great app!

I am currently using the 30 day trial and I couldn't be more pleased! The app is seamless, straightforward and very easy to implement the pop-up, design the email and share on social media. It's a must-have to reward engaged customers.
