It can be a bit confusing to get startet (especially with the Recharge integration) and there were a few hiccups, but the customer service is super helpfull and will even take a personal call to get things sorted (thanks Benz). Also thanks to Thomas and Tippy for being super helpfull! As you can see, it took a bit of support to get everything running smoothly. Probably the best referral software that has a Recharge integration.

App works well and most importantly the customer service is quick and helpful. At the end of the day if you yourself run your shop with customer service as it's core strength, you need your supplies (or pick your suppliers) that do likewise. Kudos to Thomas!

I created a program using this service and had many questions along the way. Jon was always super helpful and replied to me really fast each time! He really strived to make sure I was understanding the set-up process and even offered to help by getting in touch with our developer.

I had a setup call with Tippy, which was incredibly helpful in setting up and understanding how Referral Candy works. So many apps don't integrate with Bold Recurring Orders, or you have to spend hours trawling through articles and dealing with code (which I'm not confident to do). Tippy's help saved me hours and means I am now confident with my Referral Candy setup.

Great company! Great app! Karen did an amazing job working on an issue we had with our billing and payouts - live chat feature is incredible and she was very prompt and kind in answering all of my questions. Definitely recommend this app for any business!

We required a unique integration with Referral Candy & ReCharge so the setup was quite challenging but Derek was an amazing help! Not only did he reply to emails almost instantly, he suggested strategic workarounds and improvements to implement on our app and I could not have been more happier than to work with him. He made our complex integration a seamless experience and even took it upon himself to work with the ReCharge customer service team to smooth out any issues that occurred - Highly recommend Referral Candy for their amazing customer service!

It was a little frustrating at first getting bounced around to different people but Tippy swooped in and is my account manager now. He called me after he got off of work to help me through my issues so we could launch today and I couldn't be more grateful for his customer service and help. Highly recommended!

This app works for both customer referrals and affiliate marketing programs - nice to be able to use the same platform for both. Tippy from Referral Candy was very helpful in getting our programs set up, as there was a bit of customization needed.
