Great app, great support. Derek has been extremely helpful! Very responsive to all of our concerns and questions.

Good: Simplicity. Just a couple of minutes and it's up and running. You never have to worry about payments or any of the tracking, all automatic. Bad: it's difficult to customise to a way that feels like people are naturally interacting with your site. There is always this awkward layer of referral candy which can be off-putting for customers. We used it for 10 months on 2 sites, to mediocre results. Our best brand ambassadors didn't like it, so we're stopping using it.

I had few questions regarding the referral payout and Tippy successfully solved all my queries and have given me the solution and answers to my questions. Great Customer Service so far!

I tried literally every subscription app on Shopify that is available in the app store and found out that Referral Candy was the best of all. Mainly because they have a clean and easy interface and is fully translatable in Dutch. Apart from this, support (in my case Derek) helped me out fast where needed. Thanks for this Derek!

Just getting started. But Tippy from customer services has been hugely helpful, and things are looking great. I am very encouraged.

I really enjoy the potential that comes with this app. Email referrals can really help and is one of the more affordable ones of all the apps. Customer service is responsive and great, but there is some work to be done on your end. Naturally, setting up the brand, proper marketing for awareness is important. I wish it can be integrated easier into shopify if you are using the points method without having to enter referralcandy page specifically, but it gets the job done.

Though some of the features could be a little more fleshed out (HTML editor on the emails is very basic), this is a solid referral program with excellent support. My account manager Derek is knowledgable and always on chat to quickly answer questions and is also available by phone whenever I need it. Definitely recommend this plugin for a no-nonsense referral service.
