I signed up for the free trial, and thought it was very easy to use and was able to get it up and running so quickly. I had some questions and Jon got in contact with me so quickly and has continued as I have had further questions. It has been a great customer service experience.

The app is very straightforward to set up and use. I would recommend to those who are thinking to use referral program to promote their store and website. Also, Jon and Dwight from Customer Service are very helpful - always make sure my problems are solved before closing the ticket.

I think the app is great if you want an easy way to engage your customers to recommend you to friends& Family. However, we had some problems to translate everything to German and adapt the design. For this issue, Derek from the customer service was a great help

This company has GREAT customer service, which is important because you really don't want to be left in the dark when it comes to something as important as a customer referral program. Our support person, Tippy, is super dedicated, he responds within 1-3 minutes normally (which is fantastic), he even met with me via Google Meet during his lunch break to go over the settings on our page. Could not be happier with their performance so far. We will update this review as we get more acquainted with the company, but so far they're excellent.
