We just migrated our Referral Candy program over to Shopify from another platform and Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He literally made it seamless for us, and was always quick to reply if we had any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend! Update: We've been using RC for several years on auto-pilot but I wanted to make better use of it so I wrote in for help. Katherine was AMAZING! She went above and beyond, was quick to reply, and offered valuable solutions to help me with my next steps.

The customer service for this app is amazing! They walked me through how to get better website placement for the app and create a call to action. Tippy in customer service also was very helpful in informing me how to get the best use of the app for my business!

We use referral candy for our refer a friend scheme, it's very easy to use and does what we need. Their customer support are very responsive and happy to help - particularly Benz and Tippy!

Jon was super helpful when it came to setting up a duplicate account. We use Referral Candy on multiple sites and the support crew are always so helpful with my questions. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service! Everyone on the support team has been super helpful and responsive in getting things set up for me, especially Derek, Lorraine & Jon! I have many Shopify apps installed on my website and Referral Candy support has by far been the most responsive and helpful. The app is super easy to use and very intuitive! I will definitely recommend it! Thanks Referral Candy team!

I used this app because my customers were already spreading out the world about my products so offering a referral program was logical to me. I tried other apps and none of them were PERFECTLY how I wanted. Well now with Referral Candy (and S loyalty combined). I have the perfect system in place. My customers love it and most important use it. It drives me a lot of business since I implemented it on my store.

Dwight was very friendly and answer all my questions. Haven't sign up (yet) with ReferralCandy but am leaning there after speaking with Dwight and reading through their referral marketing guides.

Derek in support was really helpful in walking us through the program. We use our referral program selectively which makes it manageable. Easy to use interface, and less time consuming than other referral platforms we have tried.

I had Tomas assisted me in investigating a referral code which will not activate upon application. He walked me through the possible causes and we found the root of the problem in one chat. Efficient customer service! Best of all, I learnt a little more about the Referral Program and it's functions. Thank you, Tomas :-)

I had some issues with the app's features at first, so my initial review wasn't good, but I chatted with Jon and he helped me get through the issues and made my experience much better. He was able to help me figure out the problems I was having and improve my experience.

Good: Simplicity. Just a couple of minutes and it's up and running. You never have to worry about payments or any of the tracking, all automatic. Bad: it's difficult to customise to a way that feels like people are naturally interacting with your site. There is always this awkward layer of referral candy which can be off-putting for customers. We used it for 10 months on 2 sites, to mediocre results. Our best brand ambassadors didn't like it, so we're stopping using it.
