We will use use this App again and of course we will recommend it to our friends. Karen was AMAZING! She helped us step by step in modifying our account. In addition, she provided us with great recommendations on how we can improve our referral program. Our emails and chat questions were responded within minutes! This is by far, the best customer service that we have ever received. Thank you Karen for making ReferralCandy AMAZING! Best, Ashley

it works! but it takes a little more than a month to pick up the momentum. it's not cheap at all! but it's cheaper than affiliates.

I used this about a year ago and while it worked the default client-side UX wasn't great. Anyway - another year, and its a much better product. We've had plenty of referred sales and that's even with turning the email options off.

Dealt with Tippy. Very friendsly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach when needed. We'll be using the app but for the time being, it seems to be fairly easy and simple.

The support team is awesome! The app is super customizable. In fact I think that more Shopify apps should do what these guys are doing regarding emails customization

So far I'm really like ReferralCandy, I just had a walkthrough call with Tippy who was extremely helpful and helped me figure out exactly how to set up the program for maximum results. The initial install was very easy and the customer support is incredible! Give Referral Candy a try!

ReferralCandy has def met and exceeded our expectations of what it can do and how easy it is to use. Plus customer service is off the charts. We had a small issue and their rep Edmund was fantastic—handled our issue like a champ in no time!

This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. The support (from Tomas in particular) has been outstanding - we had some questions related to branding and styling and they were addressed extremely well by Tomas. Thank you Referral Candy - we will definitely be referring you to our friends :)
