Adam at support team is incredible. Extremely helpful and patient with our questions and even took the initiative to offer support in areas where we least expected they would.

We are SO tired of Shopify apps that send emails to our customers without warning us or asking for permission. This is yet another one. And for that reason we won't be using it. Only one day after signing up to try this app, it's already sent 324 welcome emails to our customers, and never notified us once or asked for our permission before doing so. It's flat out unacceptable. Uninstall.
NB: this review is from 2017, about a previous version of ReferralCandy Thank you for the feedback. Sending emails to your customers with no warning or permission obtained is a bad experience. It is unacceptable and I apologize that our app enabled that to happen. To make sure this doesn't happen again, we have ensured that ReferralCandy provides ample notification before emails are sent out when the account is activated. - Jaime R.

Great referral service. We've been using it for just over a month now $6500 revenue through referral. I assume that revenue should increase overtime since it seems to take time for referral to get spread out among all customers. Support was prompt and responsive. Overall great app.

It is a great app! It is helping us to improve our sales without much work from our side, and not even that, they have a really good customer service to solve any question. I really recommend it!!!

We use ReferralCandy religiously and have had an incredible experience with their customer support staff. They always respond quickly and walk us through all the questions we have. Two thumbs up!

We use this app on our medium sized ecommerce website. It does a good job for us. Edmund from ReferralCandy support reached out to me and asked if her can help us improve the performance and was able to provide me with a list of things we can do. Support is very easy to reach and they are happy to help.

I just got off the phone with a support rep named Karen and am literally switching my referral program from another one (ALMOST) solely based on the level of support. These referral programs are a little intimidating to get setup, as you want to make sure everything is good before going after affiliates, and Karen went over and beyond to explain and walk me through how everything would work. Had it not been for the call, I probably would have just played it safe and stayed with my existing service because I didn't want to have to "figure out" how to set everything up again. 5-Stars! Definitely looking forward to getting into the service and seeing the benefits!

ReferralCandy has generated so many incremental sales for us! The customer service is also super responsive and has been such a pleasure to work with. We don't have to create tickets and instead can email our rep directly. It's a wonderful thing.

Good app, easy to use, and if you encounter issues, the staff is more than happy to help out ! Adam (from Customer Service) was very helpful, answered quickly and clearly and helped us overcome every obstacle in no time !

John was amazing to work with! We had some issues with set up - which I think in part ended up being on my end with my computer - but, he stayed with me every step of the way until it was resolved! I'm looking forward to seeing this app in action!

Referral Candy is one of the easiest apps and would definitely recommend it. I got in touch with their customer support because there were things I didn'tunderstand and Karen helped me through it all. She was really patient and super prompt with her replies. Thanks a lot for all your help Karen! Good job guys!!

The App runs great and gives good reporting and follow up options. There are some slight tweaks that would needed but nothing that should reduce my star review. Customer service has also responded quickly and taken care of all my needs quickly as well.
