The app is super easy to setup, implement and debug - would recommend to anyone! JC was also super attentive for when I needed some help!

In my case it was Larisa who attended me, she went beyond what you would expect to resolve my issue, so my rating is 5, I cannot talk a lot about the app since I just have downloaded it, but customer success team, pretty good.

Riz was absolutely fantastic! She solved my issue quickly and efficiently. It was a little complicated, and she unraveled the mystery for me and made sure I understood what happened and why it happened. Would definitely recommend Referral Candy so far. Set-up was very easy and upon having my first question, I simply used the chat support and got my question answered immediately. Innah with the support team was very helpful!

We use RC since around 18 month. After the initial setup it pretty much runs in the background. The neat Klaviyo integration and multi lingual setup possibility are a big plus. Generally very happy, also with the support team and our key account manager Irene.
