I use this app for the ambassador who endorse my brand on instagram, in the aim to track the sells made thanks to you, and give them back some free product from my store. The app is not very intuitive for me (I don't use that kind of app a lot) so Erik checked some details for me, and now everything is ok ! Thank you !!

So far this app has been absolutely everything I need it to be, and is very easy to figure out. The couple times I have had to email support it has been handled with haste (thanks Emma!) and TOP TIER customer support tactics. Fantastic company. Highly recommended

Great plugin that does what it was supposed to do. I had some issue as we were using the enterprise version but the support staff was helpful in providing assistance. Emma attended quickly to our queries. Would recommend you to try it out.

We haven't started implementing the program yet, but the set up was easy and Shakima on the customer support team was very helpful when I had some initial set up questions!

I would like to be able to export more data from the API, luckily John and Eugene always help us to get the reports. but I would like to automate those process and get the commission payment status by order/sku from the API.

We are new to Refersion and if it wasn't for Erik we may not have finished the integration! They have great customer service and reviews including from people I know offline. We look forward to growing with Refersion

We received a lot of fraudulent transactions. I paid the affiliates without knowing they were fraudulent and created a complete mess and cost me a lot of money and credibility with my customers.
