We had an issue with the application and contacted support via chat. A representative named Dzenan responded. We explained the problem we were experiencing, and he was extremely helpful, paying close attention to every detail and, most importantly, resolving the issue. It’s very important to have someone like that on the team—someone who truly cares about the client and takes the time not only to fix the problem but also to offer advice and guidance. All praise for Dzenan, and we will definitely ask for him again if we encounter any issues in the future.

we tried a lot of cod based forms apps... the app is perfect, fast with very flexible options from upsells, crossalles increasing the AOV... and the communication is very fast the whole day specially with Kemal, he is super friendly, fast , and very professionnal

I come from an engineering background so I'm aware that quality of an app is determined when there are issues and not what when everything is working seamlessly. After an outage, they sent a notification intimating my team and resolved it in a reasonable timeframe. The support contact I spoke to, Kemal, was very professional and helpful in the overall interaction. Highly recommended, just for how pleasant the support experience was when the app didn't work as expected.

I am really impressed with the Cod Resealit support team. I wanted to customize my checkout form to make it cleaner and more user-friendly for my customers, and even though some features weren't available by default in the V2 form, they went the extra mile. They provided a custom script and CSS to hide unnecessary sections and helped me optimize the layout. Fast, professional, and very helpful for anyone looking to scale their E-commerce business. Highly recommended

We experienced multiple outages on two Shopify stores using Releasit COD Form. The app went down during live ad campaigns, preventing customers from completing orders. After following support’s advice to uninstall and reinstall, the app failed again shortly after, causing additional ad spend and revenue losses. There was no prior outage notification, which made it impossible to pause ads in time. Support was responsive and polite, but for a checkout-critical app, reliability and real-time incident alerts are essential. If you’re running ads, make sure you have a backup checkout solution.

Having outages happen during live ad campaigns, not just once but multiple times, is incredibly frustrating, especially when it directly affects your ad spend and revenue. Reinstalling the app is sometimes recommended as a quick way to refresh the Shopify connection, but I understand how disappointing it must have felt when the issue returned shortly after. That’s not the experience we want any merchant to have, particularly for something as checkout critical as COD. You’re also absolutely right about communication. Not having a real time outage notification makes it much harder to react quickly and pause campaigns. Service outage lasting over 24 hours and still ongoing. No updates, no status notifications, no communication at all. Unacceptable reliability for a COD form app.

ME HAN HECHO PERDER 300 euros!!!! La aplicacion dio un falo ayer y no registra ventas por lo que todo el dinero invertido ayer en publicidad se ha ido a la basura!!! Y seguro que no me devuelven una parte, ni me compensan de ninguna manera. Ahora para cobrar son rapidisimos. Es mucho mas segura la app: EasySell COD Form, y me voy a ella a no ser que me compensen como minimo esa cantidad. HORRIBLE APP!!!! Sigue inactiva, me sale: ApolloError Response not successful: Received status code 500 y un boton de contacto que no funciona, asi que he puesto: EasySell COD Form para poder seguir funcionando, TODO MAL y ya es la 2a vez que me pasa este error! Si no me dan una compensación se acabó esta app Es una pp que fallta de vez en cuando dejandote sin chekout y encima no puedes ponerte en contacto con ellos, pero te cobran como un app top, mejor usar otras apps Ademas Valentina de atención al cliente, no escucha, no lee lo que le pides, y se inventa todo. Un 0 de atencion al cliente

Cuando se invierte dinero en campañas, cualquier interrupción tiene un impacto directo y muy doloroso en el negocio. El fallo que ocurrió ya ha sido corregido y la app se encuentra estable. Aun así, sé que eso no compensa automáticamente el impacto que tuvo en tu inversión publicitaria, y por eso quiero que revisemos tu caso de forma individual. En cuanto a la compensación, te pido por favor que nos contactes directamente por el chat dentro de la app o al correo para poder analizar tu caso en detalle y ver qué podemos hacer. Cada situación es distinta y queremos evaluarla correctamente antes de darte una respuesta definitiva.
