paid for annual subscription - shut me off after 8 months and a certain number of views. I couldn't view billing history or anything in the app. One button was available "upgrade" for $500 per month. Good app but definitely not worth $550 per month for a basic LLM.

Great company to work with, the app is working well and helps to generate sales + save a lot of time in customer service, highly recommended!

Rep AI has been a total game changer for our store. It genuinely feels like having a 24/7 sales associate that understands our products and helps customers decide in real time. Setup was quick and easy, the team is super responsive (shoutout to Dafi!), and we’ve seen a huge lift in engagement and conversions since installing it. Highly recommend for any store that wants smarter chat and more sales without extra work.

I wanted to love it but when I go in and look at the chat records, it seems like most people are leaving them feeling kind of annoyed and frustrated. It's very much what you would expect from talking to AI... Lots of confident-sounding answers that often don't actually address the question the customer is asking and lead to circular conversations. Sometimes it's great and fully on point but the thing you can't measure that worried me is all the people who were turned off by the experience. As I think we all know by now, AI is alluring to us as business owners but the public seems to have some pretty strong negative feelings about it and it's a bit of a tightrope. For this reason I'm pulling the plug for now.
