Great app! Rep.ai is not just another bot. The AI performs just like another member on the team, we can brand it according to the style of our store and we can also train it on information we want it to provide. The platform has helped us boost sales and brand loyalty through collecting subscribers and rewarding them with special offers. As many of you can attest, the marketplace is inundated with AI companies touting their version of delivering positive results by using their AI product. We made the decision to go with Rep AI after countless hours of research and introductory conference calls with solution providers. We were impressed with the application demos, ease of integration, and technical flexibility of Rep AI’s technology. However, the deciding factor for our selection of them as our provider was their people-centric approach to doing business. It was reassuring to have Rep AI’s Founder and CTO, Shaili Mizahi personally involved in each of our early planning and development meetings. This was the initial testament to their commitment to the people side of a technology business. Working with our Merchant Success Manager, Dafi Zeitlin has been an amazing experience! She is highly technically competent and shows genuine care for pleasing us as customers and the success of our business. She remained patient and informative as my team worked with her for almost a month designing custom flows to meet the specific customer support and sales needs of our customers. We designed an abandoned cart recovery flow that allowed us to market to customers we otherwise would never have reached. This is because the customer never made it to checkout to leave their contact information. Identifying prospective customers by their IP address resulted in a 30-day order conversion rate of 31.44% with close to $100,000 in revenue. That's just one of our 15 flows. The service side of Rep AI is equally impressive as it has resulted in a 98.6% “Helpful” designation by our customers. Their reporting platform gives us the tools we need to measure opportunity areas and success. They have been very responsive in addressing any additional reporting needs we have. Without reservation, I highly recommend Rep AI as a top-tier service provider of article intelligence for your company.

I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.

This app (and the team behind it) is amazing! Once set up, this chatbot proves to be a low-maintenance solution that greatly benefits our customers and boosts our revenue effortlessly. The app's functionality is awesome. It seamlessly assists our customers in navigating our website, tracks their activity, and even recognizes when they are about to leave. At that critical moment, the chatbot proactively engages the customer by offering a discount code or the option to contact support. This feature has proven incredibly effective in retaining customers who may have otherwise left without making a purchase. One of the most impressive aspects of this app is how it has empowered our customer support team. By addressing basic questions and providing instant assistance, the chatbot has significantly reduced the workload on our support team. This allows them to focus on more complex and unique customer inquiries, ensuring a higher level of service overall. They just released ChatGPT integration that scans the website and if the customer has a question: what is it made of or similar it will scan the page and provide the answer. With this data at our fingertips, we can make informed decisions to further optimize our website and enhance the overall customer experience. In terms of results, this app has exceeded our expectations. It has successfully resolved an impressive 94% of all customer requests last month. Moreover, it has generated substantial revenue on autopilot, bringing in an average of $5-6k every month. The RepAI team is amazing, it feels like they work at our company, and any questions we have is being taken care of in the shortest time possible. They have been consistently attentive, responsive, and willing to help us fine-tune the chatbot's flows to suit our specific needs. We highly recommend RepAI

Rep AI has been a pretty great experience so far! No, I am not an AI writing this review. How can you tell? Because I wrote two negatives into one sentence making it a positive which is something AI would not do, a mistake. Also, I did not travel back in time to stop Sarah Connor so there is that. With all seriousness, Rep is much better than we expected. Their software is easy to use, all their implementations have increased our AOV and profit margins. Their staff, Ruben and Dafi, are super helpful and always there when you need them. We are looking forward to see all the cool new features Rep will add especially with them implementing ChatGPT this past week. Here is to looking forward to the future, cheers!

Rep AI has transformed our customer service and had a significant impact on our conversion rate. The integrations with apps such as Yotpo Reviews and our customer help desk, Gorgias, have allowed us to provide relevant information to our customers when they need it, and efficiently pass off any specific inquiries to our team. After 2 months of use, REP AI has so far been a very positive experience and has become a critical part of our tech stack. The best part is the AI will continue to get better as it interacts with more and more of our customers. The Rep team is also extremely helpful, proactive, and efficient. Rep has seriously helped us expand our customer service capabilities. My CSM Dafi has been incredible throughout the onboarding and development of our account. We absolutely love our product finder and it really helps customers figure out what product will fit their space. If there are any issues, Dafi is right on top of it and we have bi-weekly meetings to continue to improve our customer's journeys. She is so detail-oriented and always on it when it comes to improving our flows and questions. I am so excited to see how we continue to grow using Rep. Using the AI Rep has helped our customer service team free up time tremendously, which helps our efficiency as a whole.
