I have installed and uninstalled about 6 different AI chatbots on our site. Rep AI sounded good, but the price kept me from installing it initially. Well, you get what you pay for. Rep AI is the best. And actually with the number of conversations they give you for the price, it is not really any more expensive than the others. It is just better in almost every category. It is way more customizable than all the other chatbots I tried. Not to mention the help is really great. Especially Sarah. She is patient and very knowledgeable. The best part about her is that she cares and does her best to help, and that is something that is becoming pretty rare in customer service. I recommend REP AI highly.

It has been a life saver for us, by cutting down customer service time by more than 90%. Customers love being able to chat 24/7, and 93% of customers were happy with the replies received, and one it three customers who chatted, went on to place an order. It also makes placing an order for the customer really easy. This works straight out of the box, and you can easily adapt it and add specific answers to questions. Support if required is fast and friendly too.

One of the main reasons I use Rep AI is to reduce the amount of support tickets I receive. Every time Rep AI answers a customer's question, that's one support ticket that I don't have to answer. After answering hundreds of customer questions it has saved tons of valuable time. Another reason is the product finder. Having a store with numerous products, it can be difficult for customers to find exactly what they're looking for. Rep AI is able to suggest products, add products to cart, and push the customer to checkout, all while talking with the customer. The last reason is the customer support. There's one thing I can't stand with apps and that's terrible customer support. Thankfully Rep AI has top notch customer support and they've been nothing but helpful so far. They have quick replies, long detailed answers, and just a genuine desire in helping your store improve.

I have been working with Hello Rep AI for over 1.5 years with a client of mine- I have a marketing business and I help provide marketing strategies and tactics for b2c clients. I discovered Hello Rep through a search for the automated chat for our ecommerce site that sells high end consumer medical devices. I cannot recommend Hello Rep AI high enough. From the quick and relatively seamless integration to the great customer support, I was pleasantly surprised at how friction-free the addition of this automated chat feature was. As many of you can attest, the marketplace is inundated with AI companies touting their version of delivering positive results by using their AI product. We made the decision to go with Rep AI after countless hours of research and introductory conference calls with solution providers. We were impressed with the application demos, ease of integration, and technical flexibility of Rep AI’s technology. However, the deciding factor for our selection of them as our provider was their people-centric approach to doing business. It was reassuring to have Rep AI’s Founder and CTO, Shaili Mizahi personally involved in each of our early planning and development meetings. This was the initial testament to their commitment to the people side of a technology business. Working with our Merchant Success Manager, Dafi Zeitlin has been an amazing experience! She is highly technically competent and shows genuine care for pleasing us as customers and the success of our business. She remained patient and informative as my team worked with her for almost a month designing custom flows to meet the specific customer support and sales needs of our customers. We designed an abandoned cart recovery flow that allowed us to market to customers we otherwise would never have reached. This is because the customer never made it to checkout to leave their contact information. Identifying prospective customers by their IP address resulted in a 30-day order conversion rate of 31.44% with close to $100,000 in revenue. That's just one of our 15 flows. The service side of Rep AI is equally impressive as it has resulted in a 98.6% “Helpful” designation by our customers. Their reporting platform gives us the tools we need to measure opportunity areas and success. They have been very responsive in addressing any additional reporting needs we have. I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.

Rep AI has been a pretty great experience so far! No, I am not an AI writing this review. How can you tell? Because I wrote two negatives into one sentence making it a positive which is something AI would not do, a mistake. Also, I did not travel back in time to stop Sarah Connor so there is that. With all seriousness, Rep is much better than we expected. Their software is easy to use, all their implementations have increased our AOV and profit margins. Their staff, Ruben and Dafi, are super helpful and always there when you need them. We are looking forward to see all the cool new features Rep will add especially with them implementing ChatGPT this past week. Here is to looking forward to the future, cheers!
