In general, the onboarding and setup process provided by RepAI has been outstanding. They have tailored their approach to meet our specific business requirements and have taken a thorough and personalized approach to ensure everything is set up correctly. Ruben and Dafi have been attentive, responsive and receptive to our needs, and they have provided us with several detailed reports that demonstrate the app's effectiveness in measurable ways. I highly recommend RepAI to anyone seeking to enhance their business operations through AI chat technology.

Rep AI has transformed our customer service and had a significant impact on our conversion rate. The integrations with apps such as Yotpo Reviews and our customer help desk, Gorgias, have allowed us to provide relevant information to our customers when they need it, and efficiently pass off any specific inquiries to our team. After 2 months of use, REP AI has so far been a very positive experience and has become a critical part of our tech stack. The best part is the AI will continue to get better as it interacts with more and more of our customers. The Rep team is also extremely helpful, proactive, and efficient. Dafi is an amazing person with a brilliant personality :)

Rep has seriously helped us expand our customer service capabilities. My CSM Dafi has been incredible throughout the onboarding and development of our account. We absolutely love our product finder and it really helps customers figure out what product will fit their space. If there are any issues, Dafi is right on top of it and we have bi-weekly meetings to continue to improve our customer's journeys. She is so detail-oriented and always on it when it comes to improving our flows and questions. I am so excited to see how we continue to grow using Rep. Using the AI Rep has helped our customer service team free up time tremendously, which helps our efficiency as a whole.

My experience with Rep has been great. We see very positive results across Rep’s major KPIs, and the implementation and ongoing optimization have required very little effort on my end. So I can keep focusing on the other aspects of my business and feel comfortable knowing that Rep is doing everything they can to keep improving Rep’s results.

Ruben and the REP team have been amazing in getting our site chat widget set-up and firing. It provides a great conversion assistance tool for customers but also gives us insight into our customers. 5 Stars!

I was an early adopter of Rep and could not be more pleased. The people at Rep are responsive (which is nice) and honest with regard to setting realistic expectations. Because this bot learns, implementation isn't instant. However, the responses are better on the customer side for the same reason. It's very much like getting a custom-designed AI response bot for every store. I highly recommend this app.
