-lacking in filtering features -Filtering features don't work. I have several recordings with purchase event tagged in my recordings but filtered results show nothing. -can't filter by date range. good luck scrolling through thousands of recordings -recording timeline doesn't show event markings.

I think this app is a really helpful addition to my current suite of apps that I use to run my Shopify store. The customer service team is A1 and really responsive to emails no matter the time of day!

Really useful app! I was amazed by how the recordings are. I suggest you to try it yourself ;) Don't forget after 7 days the plan changes automatically! But super nice app!

I just started using Replay Live but so far it has been nice! I am used to using FullStory so it will be interesting to see how Replay Live compares.

Great app, definitely insightful and useful for providing actionable changes. Up until we installed this app we had to use guess work to wonder what was going on with our customers specific behaviour while on our website and now we can see for ourselves and see where we might be able to improve things for our customers experience. Thanks, will provide a bit of work for our developers to implement these improvements for our customers.

I just started using this and so far, so good. I do notice some of the videos recording are much shorter in duration on what it says in the duration & date column of the report.

This is the perfect tool to analyze customer behaviour on the webshop. I can see actual customers coming in on certain paiges and clicking through the website. Easy to use interface. I like that the have a free subscription for small starting webshops as well. Recommended

Replay Live is great at showing me exact customer shopping journeys and are always rapidly updating with brand new sessions. I try to watch and learn from every single session they provide me!

Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.

The apps is simple to use. I try some of the function and it is working. I think is worth for those people who wish to track session to try this out.
