It's a great app. Only used the free features so far and seeing how people interact with the site is insightful.

Nice app. Does what it is expected. Post-purchase survey is a nice touch. Still waiting little bit more for the return of the high price. We need to use it now on free plan.

Great app! Just installed it. Excited to see it in action. Setup was very easy! I will update more as and when I get more experienced with the app!

Very insightful to see where people hover, click and how they use the website, you can make changes based on this information and see where people get stuck on the order process, etc.

I like its user page access path screen recording function very much. Compared with hotjar, it is more convenient and faster to use.

Enjoyed the free trial and didn't know it would charge me right after it ended. However, a nice rep named Sally helped me to process a refund and switch over to the free plan once we're ready to afford it. Will definitely use this app as we scale!

Very useful tool. I wanted to see how customers interacted within their session. It as easy to install and started to work immedietly. If I was doing a bigger analysis I would keep the paid plan.
