really cool app. It help a lot to see how people navigate through our website pages and stop and read certain items. I will allow us to create better web pages. We will be using this app on other sites also.

Just installed it and loving the app so far. Would love to see the heatmap as well. That would have been 5-stars! Edit; just changed my review to 1 stars. Suddenly the app is no longer free to use and I have to pay to use it with an (up to) $999 USD charge a month.... Haven't received any communication from them about this change and just got prompted to update the app and approve these charges. Really disappointing as I was quite happy with this app. Atleast have your existing users be grandfathered in or something...

Brilliantly easy. After 24 hours of collected data I could clearly see areas where customers experienced visual fatigue, items/tags being searched for and how to overall improve the time spent browsing. I'm very impressed and highly recommend adding to your website.

perfect app so far, would make a much bigger difference when IP addresses of customers provided as well, because with that information you can actually block some unwanted IP addresses visiting your website and prevent fraud.

This is a great app, I'm already getting to see what the user experience is. I now know I need to focus on a strong mobile site. It has also helped me figure out when to utilize pop-ups.

I absolutely love this app. It gives me so much insight to what appeals my customers visually and how they navigate my website. It does its job perfectly! I was able to see how customers looked for products on my website and tailor my menus to make it easier for them

Very useful during Black Friday, we tweaked a few exit points. Only two suggestions 1. the replay is rather small, had to enlarge to 200-250% to see it on laptop and even then couldn't see detail or elements would appear inverted/ upside down, due to being enlarged? 2. Would be useful to have IP address of visitors or a way of detecting screenshot action, one visitor spent 45 minutes dawdling up and down and across the All Products collection page.
