Great free app! Easy to use and get started with seeing how customers interact with your website. Looking forward to additional features in the future, like: more robust search functionality (like searching for specific URLs) and organizing of videos (tagging, categorization). Very impressed with this app. If I could suggest something, it would be to add the ability of filtering the recordings saved by one of the tags ("added_to_cart", "ordered") to bring up only those instead of searching for them through several pages of listing.

Simple and works. Even recorded a very large session over the weekend where I left the browser open and worked on it in another. 10,000 sessions are the limit on this one per month but other than that it is perfect. Would love the option to pay a bit to get more sessions.

I love this app! Use it to see what customers are looking at on my site, what's in the cart-since I don't have that feature on the shopify basic plan. Also, I was able to see a customer send me a message-that I never received! Found it in my JUNK MAIL folder! THAT turned into a BIG SALE! Kudos to Better Replay/Replay Live for offering such an amazing app for FREE for the little guys! :)

It records the sessions but all the information is wrong. I know for a face a customer was local in MS and it has Illinois. It also always says new customer even if the customer is repeat. Recording info is useless if i cannot correctly identify locations of where my customers are coming from. It kept saying Quebec and other places that I do not sell to. I was about to try to start selling there but now i cannot trust the accuracy of this app. I'm going to delete and choose another app. I wished it worked.

Truly amazing and the fact that it is free.. absolutely mind boggling. This is ridiculous in the best of ways. CartKit you killed it thank you. The fact that it is so simple and not over complicate it unnecessarily is amazing.
