Very impressed with this app. If I could suggest something, it would be to add the ability of filtering the recordings saved by one of the tags ("added_to_cart", "ordered") to bring up only those instead of searching for them through several pages of listing.

I like what this app does and how it works. It would be great if down the track, we could upgrade and see a longer recording :)

The app does exactly what it says 100% recommend. It's cool that the app is free to use I was actually impressed with how accurate it was.

Simple and works. Even recorded a very large session over the weekend where I left the browser open and worked on it in another. 10,000 sessions are the limit on this one per month but other than that it is perfect. Would love the option to pay a bit to get more sessions.

Pretty sick app. simple and does what it is supposed to do! I really like it so far (granted only 5 min into the app, but so far really promising)

I love this app! Use it to see what customers are looking at on my site, what's in the cart-since I don't have that feature on the shopify basic plan. Also, I was able to see a customer send me a message-that I never received! Found it in my JUNK MAIL folder! THAT turned into a BIG SALE! Kudos to Better Replay/Replay Live for offering such an amazing app for FREE for the little guys! :)

It records the sessions but all the information is wrong. I know for a face a customer was local in MS and it has Illinois. It also always says new customer even if the customer is repeat. Recording info is useless if i cannot correctly identify locations of where my customers are coming from. It kept saying Quebec and other places that I do not sell to. I was about to try to start selling there but now i cannot trust the accuracy of this app. I'm going to delete and choose another app. I wished it worked.

Allows me to see where on my site my customers are looking and where I can improve by looking at where specifically they bounce out.

This app is so beneficial to analyze customer's research on my website. It will help me know their interest and help me analyze abandoned carts better.

Truly amazing and the fact that it is free.. absolutely mind boggling. This is ridiculous in the best of ways. CartKit you killed it thank you. The fact that it is so simple and not over complicate it unnecessarily is amazing.

NO FREE FOOD IN FREETOWN GUYS! The app works unbelievably great, the only reason i am giving it a 4 star is that the recording time limit is very short. Soon as your store starts getting a lot of traffic, within 2 days your recording limit will finish and you have to wait for until 1st day of a new month to get another 2-3 days of new recording time. I've emailed the company to sell us a premium subscription plan like everyone else and they say it's free but come on! it's not truly free if i have to wait 28 days to get just 3 days of recording. How about the other 27th days?

This app is helping me know my customer more and deeply. This help a lot. I will know what should I do next.
