So far I love this app! It really helps me see what customers like and don't like about their shopping experience! I gave it 4 stars because it sometimes gets glitchy.

On first inspection it looks absolutley brilliant. Will see how useful it is over time. Not sure that I want to spend too much time shadowing customers though.

Sorry, but I think should be there more explanation about the action we could possibly take based on customer behaviour. It's recording my own visits and my admin's visit and it makes the list enormous ( it should not happen as we are all day working on the website in and out) I do not believe its recording properly as I have sales from customers from abroad and did not appear there at all. It could be great but still, there are room for lots of improvement. Did not do anything to my business.I wish I could be leaving a great review but...

Have had it installed for a while now, allows me a brief overview of the customer journey to see where it ends so I can make adjustments. It's been good for me, no issues.

It is my first day testing the app and replays are looking good. Pricing seems reasonable and free plan leaves you time to test it.
