Great app !!! Love it, easy to use, easy to navigate. We get to see what shoppers are doing. Get to use the replay live and figure out what we can improve etc

This is a great app to see what clients are doing on your site. Easy to use. Seems reliable. I would recommend this app.

This app was truly helpful for me to see if customers were getting hung up on any one particular area of my store. I love the feature as it can help greatly with quality control.

It seems like a great app for being FREE! The only thing I could say is I do enjoy Lucky Orange's chat function. It has helped us land sales! Besides that, this app does what I need for our other brand new website!

I'm genuinely surprised to see how it tracks customer behavior. There takes the mystery out of the question "what are customers doing on the site?"

I threw this on my site to see how well it would work. Instantly, my site was much slower and pictures wouldn't load near as fast. They also pay for reviews, which I'm not a fan of. Oh well, wish it was better. Not for me. Try it for yourself.

Read all the different kind of reviews, also from competitors. Just installed it, and eager to see it working with real customers. I think that today I 'll skip Netflix and place my Sofa in front of the computer to review all the recordings ! I believe it will be very useful

I like how it records navigation while leaving out confidential data. A very useful app to understand customer navigation on your store.
