So far very interesting. Looking forward to exploring this app's potential. I wonder why the videos start at random places or is that where the user lands ?
We use geolocation based on the IP address. And although it is reliable, it isn't 100% accurate all the time. Reach out via email if you have any other question :)

I use this app to know how customers behave on my website. The first test is ok I can see the recording of the visitor's session, so it's very good to improve what's doing wrong on my website.

This has to be the coolest thing since sliced bread lol. It's good having a working replay app. Had to remove lucky orange due to malfunctions, so happy with this.

I use this app to measure the type of engagement our store receives. I like how it shows a video of most of the interactions. I was able to see how my website responds on multiple platforms and how people interact with the features of our store. With that said, note that some of the app like pop-ups apps actually do not convert and people who come to your store for a particular product usually come and go or come back later and pay for what they saw earlier. It would be nice if the app will allow you to capture IP of the user so you can structure a retargeting campaign later. All is fine and well with using this app thus far. We've had it for over 2 weeks now.

amazing app to see what customers are doing on your web store. would recommend -wish it had more features such as smart recommendations of what to do based on customer recordings to improve the store
