This app gave me a new "set of eyes" on what our customers see when they visit the store. I really like how you can watch how they interact with and search your store. I wish you could view the sessions by clicking on a map; that would be a neat addition. Can't believe this app is free!

Absolutely love this app. Nothing is more useful than being able to optimize a website from seeing someone's exact movements and decisions on your website.

This app is extremely useful. Shopify has very few good apps. The majority are a complete garbage made by people who don't know anything about business. But this App, however, is the opposite. It teaches you a lot about your clients and how they think and behave. It's mandatory to have it if you are serious about your business. I learned a lot just by observing the behaviors of my visitors, namely, the type of problems they face when visiting my shop through different devices, and how certain apps I installed behave when others use them. But this App can be improved. I don't need access to the entire world but only my target countries. The app could let me select only the countries I want, so I don't have to filter the clients on my own. I don't really need all the recordings. I also recommend recording only visitors that spend at least 2 minutes in the website. The "curious visitors" don't provide any useful information.

Its probably the most under rated app. A definite must have if you've just launched an online store or in need of info regarding your current site.

Cut me off at 1329 sessions, not 5000. Not sure why, but if thats the case it's not much help. Otherwise not bad. *** UPDATE Jason reached out to me with some good help, and things are fine now. For those who say it doesn't help, I disagree. It showed exactly what my customers are looking at , but more importantly what they are not looking at. Pay attention to what they are doing - we learned a lot.

This is great app. we are developing our shopify store and this is a nice tool to know what customers are looking for on our website. Not sure, if there is a limitation on the recordings per month.

We have just installed and enabled this app on our store - we did not encounter any issues during preliminary testing. So far, so good. Hopefully, this app would help identify areas of improvement on our website.

so far so good. this app gives you a lot of insight why customers are leaving your store. Hope next features include tips to optimize and more analytics on abandoning. Great job guys
