Its a great app. Does what it says. Allowed us to understand the user journey better, and also make some improvements along the way.

I love this app! Use it to see what customers are looking at on my site, what's in the cart-since I don't have that feature on the shopify basic plan. Also, I was able to see a customer send me a message-that I never received! Found it in my JUNK MAIL folder! THAT turned into a BIG SALE! Kudos to Better Replay/Replay Live for offering such an amazing app for FREE for the little guys! :)

I really enjoy this app. It really helps to find what your customers are doing while in your store and you get an idea of why they leave your store and when they do it.

This is Amazing! Now I can see whats everybody doing in my site and at which point they are leaving or skipping. As well as to know what loads fast or not. Must have app.

This app is an excellent way to see what people are doing when they come to your store. It has allowed me to see what advertising is working, what pop ups may interfere with the viewing of the website and so on. This free app is to be strongly recommended.

It records the sessions but all the information is wrong. I know for a face a customer was local in MS and it has Illinois. It also always says new customer even if the customer is repeat. Recording info is useless if i cannot correctly identify locations of where my customers are coming from. It kept saying Quebec and other places that I do not sell to. I was about to try to start selling there but now i cannot trust the accuracy of this app. I'm going to delete and choose another app. I wished it worked.

So far it's all good, and free which is great, my website is still new, so I will wait until I get customers to see how it works.
