We have used Reputon for about 4 months now, we started we the free version and we have now changed to the paid subscription. It is an awesome app to increase your google reviews and it helps you to filter good from bad reviews.

Just installed the app. In the end it wasn't difficult, but a how-to video would have been helpful. Looking forward to the experience. Will update the review then.

Has really helped to boost our reviews on Google. Before we only had reviews from the salon visits, now we are gettings reviews from our ecommerce platform.

We have been struggling to get reviews for a couple of years and in that time only achieved a handful despite sending out review requests to every customer and even offering incentives for leaving a review. So, I was skeptical that Reputon could really achieve for us the results that others had been reporting. But, sure enough; set it up one evening - which was a doddle - and by the next morning had approx. 30 reviews from past customers. A couple of weeks on from installing it, and the reviews are still coming in from more recent customers - not all, but loads more than we have ever managed previously. Thus, I can say it definitely works for us and is deserving of the 5 stars we have awarded.

We just started using Reputon Review apps today and the reviews are beginning to show. Love the app, just need to make it simplier as in 1 step auto. Other than that this is a great tool to add to your store. To get great reviews we suggest that you add this app. Eliot Grey

Easy to use the app. We've received already 10 new 5* reviews and are happy with the app. We reached out to customize the app a bit to suit our needs and the developer was easy to work with and receptive. We'd recommend to others.
Thanks for the feedback! Actually, you can limit the number of emails sent to a single customer - there is a setting in the app for that. Emails for past orders are sent just once after installation and they do not affect any order older than 2 months. Most of our users really appreciate this feature because it gives an instant boost to their ratings.

We signed up for the free plan. Our website is a year old and had no Google reviews. After a week we have 35 reviews at 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google. 1 negative review was caught and didn't go to Google. So far this app is doing great for us. Set up was pretty easy, took maybe 10-15 minutes at max. Thank you.

Helped us to manage negative reviews in a constructive way! Negative reviews are flagged up but not made public immediately so we have a chance to respond to them.

We have recently installed this app. We like that it has so far been very straightforward and intuitive to use and it does not appear to have affected our site load time adversely

I'm giving this app 3 stars because I had a bit of a hard time setting it up. Also customers are telling me they have reviewed my website on sitejabber but only one review from one customer is displayed online. I cannot view the reviews either.

easy to install and did not slow the web site load speeds. will need time to assess value and how it works for us.
