Reputon Customer Reviews App

I used this app to get more reviews and it really helps me to do so. It managed the reviews quite well.

Very easy to use and helpful! Unfortunately there's no feature to set multiple languages emails with which the service would have gained 5 stars!

worked within minutes! very impressed. still using the free trial but they sent emails to my old customers and they started leaving me reviews

Update: Following my review, developer updated app to prevent this from happening. Sent emails to previous orders without notifying us! Very Upsetting! Does not offer control over what it sends.

So far so good! reviews are coming in - Positive and negative for us to help create a better user experience and provide a better product.

Great app. I didn't realize it would email all customers from the past 2 months when launched. This led to some confusion...customers emailed because they didn't recently order anything.

I turned this on and cant keep up with the review responses. Note, I was unaware that it would send out "BONUS" reviews to the previous two months of order. This led to a ton of reviews but also to customers calling thinking that we sent them out a new order. Overall, I have been happy with the product. Im still on the free plan and maybe available once I pay but it would be nice to eliminate a negative comment response. If they pick a unhappy smile face then it ends. Customers will reply to the negative section and expect that to be proof that they edited an order. Second, would like to set based on date. As a subscription business Id like to send customers that have been on for Day 35+.

It seems easy to use this review application. Customers relationship are very important for an ecommerce.

Our business is in a tourist town where retail options are endless. Reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp help drive feet and dollars to our doorstep. Reputon is a must have app for any retail business on Shopify!

We have used Reputon for about 4 months now, we started we the free version and we have now changed to the paid subscription. It is an awesome app to increase your google reviews and it helps you to filter good from bad reviews.

Has really helped to boost our reviews on Google. Before we only had reviews from the salon visits, now we are gettings reviews from our ecommerce platform.

We have been struggling to get reviews for a couple of years and in that time only achieved a handful despite sending out review requests to every customer and even offering incentives for leaving a review. So, I was skeptical that Reputon could really achieve for us the results that others had been reporting. But, sure enough; set it up one evening - which was a doddle - and by the next morning had approx. 30 reviews from past customers. A couple of weeks on from installing it, and the reviews are still coming in from more recent customers - not all, but loads more than we have ever managed previously. Thus, I can say it definitely works for us and is deserving of the 5 stars we have awarded.

Easy to use the app. We've received already 10 new 5* reviews and are happy with the app. We reached out to customize the app a bit to suit our needs and the developer was easy to work with and receptive. We'd recommend to others.
