Easy to setup and will be useful for sure! Would be good if it integrated with apps such as Stamped.io and Aftership so we can choose to send before product reviews.

Gutes Tool, ich hoffe, damit zu vielen Bewertungen zu kommen! Nur 4 Sterne, denn ich würde mir wünschen, dass man Kunden, die bei der ersten Bitte um Bewertung nicht reagiert haben, direkt nochmal daran erinnern kann.

Handy app but came across an issue that meant that a bunch of our customers were sent a review request before they received their order. Changing the settings in admin area didn't fix this, have notified developer, but no reply as yet.

I'm on the free plan. So far so good, I've already had a 0.2 raise in my rating! Though I had some problems with the template I was able to fix them with my developer knowledge :) Let's see how it goes in the long term, and I'll update the review :)

I haven't used the app much yet but it seems to be working fine, at least from the test e-mail I received. It was very easy to set up, the Spanish translation is pretty good so I hardly had to edit anything from it. The e-mails look very professional, too.

I have been trying to figure out why my store isn't getting conversions. I get plenty of traffic but have only had one sale in my first 30 days as an online retailer. I have trust badges and such but nothing is working....So today I added the Amazon Pay Button and I found your App so here goes! If I get a sale in the next week I will definitely attribute it to this working. It was really easy to set up and I realized in the process that I hadn't connected my business in Google. So I did that too! Thanks for the great tool, I hope to return soon with a great story for another review.

This is exactly the app that I was looking for and it did exactly everything it advertises to do! Conversion rates seem to be slightly improving as a result of all these positive reviews. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend

I think this is a great way to correspond with our customers and get theirs reviews on products, shipping, delivery, and customer service.

I use this app to get reviews on my google page, I love the fact it doesn’t post negative feedback anywhere online allowing you to work with your customers. Thank you Reputon.
