Very good and functional app! Has helped me to get more positive ratings and fix issues with customers before any problems occur.

We signed up for the free plan. Our website is a year old and had no Google reviews. After a week we have 35 reviews at 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google. 1 negative review was caught and didn't go to Google. So far this app is doing great for us. Set up was pretty easy, took maybe 10-15 minutes at max. Thank you.

Helped us to manage negative reviews in a constructive way! Negative reviews are flagged up but not made public immediately so we have a chance to respond to them.

I'm giving this app 3 stars because I had a bit of a hard time setting it up. Also customers are telling me they have reviewed my website on sitejabber but only one review from one customer is displayed online. I cannot view the reviews either.

easy to install and did not slow the web site load speeds. will need time to assess value and how it works for us.

For many years I feel envy for those sites that have the 5 gold stars next to their description, in the natural search results of Google. How to do it? Subscribe to a thousand evaluation sites? And then? How many evaluations are needed? At least 500 ???? No, impossible for me, too complex Then I discovered this App. The App does all this but in an absolutely automatic way. You don't have to do anything. The App sends very kind and well structured emails to my clients, asks for an evaluation, publishes it, puts the stars. And not for a single manager of stars, but for many managers, the most important and well known. Total: now my site is a firmament of stars, and I did nothing, I just installed the App (moreover the free version....) I feel almost abusive for having had so much, doing so little One very important thing: the reviews were all done by users of my site, of my e-commerce. Therefore the reviews are all true, real, made by real users, with their respective IP, from many different locations. Therefore they are not reviews bought.... Nowadays you can buy as many reviews as you want but then the automatic systems realize that they come from a review seller and then they are deleted. The only way is to work well and then the reviews will be good. But with this App you don't have to waste time asking for them. Great way to import and display your reviews onto your website. Tried another app which required a ton of copy/pasting code, and this is significantly easier!

A bit of a pain to send Pending emails manually, but other than that it's very satisfying, especially with the review filtering feature!
