Excellent app. Some of the default design could do with a bit of a spruce up but it's customisable and easy to update. Did exactly what we were looking for. Turned our 4.2 google rating into 4.7 in a week. Was a bit surpised when it emailed a bunch of customers from previous shipments and I wouldn't have selected this if I'd known it was going to, as we were using another review app previously, however it turned out really well and our number of reviews and score increased dramatically and quickly. Good work.

Very happy with this app! It's a great way to collect reviews :) Very good feature to avoid bad reviews due to misunderstandings Hopefully many people will use it :)

This app seems to be the best of the best I have used recently for my store. it as all the options needed to boost sales, however it can be improved further.

Thanks for the heads up! I understand what the app Reputon is now. We always appreciate good reviews and learning about not so good ones, esp when the customer doesn't even let us know! This is a case of the customer not interpreting the return policy correctly.

Easy to setup, thanks for that to many apps make it so hard to up and running. Upset customer are always quick to leave bad reviews, so I am hoping this app will get the happy customers to leave reviews to correct our star ratings.

Great app, using it for almost a month now. If you want to improve your rating this app is definitely what you need. One suggestion, would be great if you also could cancel some reviews that are going to be send.
