Reputon Customer Reviews App

Great app, just what is needed, and will be using for long time to come, back dates and sends review emails prior too.

Handy app but came across an issue that meant that a bunch of our customers were sent a review request before they received their order. Changing the settings in admin area didn't fix this, have notified developer, but no reply as yet.

I think this is a great way to correspond with our customers and get theirs reviews on products, shipping, delivery, and customer service.

I use this app to get reviews on my google page, I love the fact it doesn’t post negative feedback anywhere online allowing you to work with your customers. Thank you Reputon.

Even on the free one we got a couple 5 star reviews instantly and I would assume each month it will give you 5-10 free 4 to 5 star reviews for simply pressing add app. Simply does what it says it will. Might even try the paid one just to see what happens.

This app is incredibly helpful and has resolved some issues of some disappointed customers and improved their experience.

Just installed today. Hopefully it works as well as it seems to for others!! 5 stars for easy install. We will see how it goes!

Simple and easy to use. Just set it up so I have not seen it in action yet but I think it will work well!

This app works exactly as stated. It helps boost brand credibility with customer reviews and allows you to hear user experiences good and bad, which helps improve business processess.

This app has helped to streamline the customer review process for my online business. Now I do not have to manually email customers to leave a review. I like how the rating system will either redirect the customer that gave a high rating or not redirect to the review platforms if the customer gave a low rating. It was easy to setup, the Reputon team are very responsive should you run into any issues. This is a great tool!
