Helpful to receive reviews... We would all love 5star reviews but less than that also help to improve the company site too

Functionally fantastic, catches customers that might not be fully satisfied so you can help make them happy. The email template and their own review site are not very pleasing visually, but ok. There is not a lot of guidance on setting up your URLs but it's pretty straightforward.

So far I really like this app .it help to get a better understanding of your customer's experience

I just added this app to my shopify store so i hope its good! Im a little unclear as to why the google widget has to be added separately. A single package would be more user friendly.

Great app for getting reviews and very easy to use! I would suggest getting the standard plan at least so you can regulate how many times your customers get their emails. It would also be nice if you could manually send or block these emails for some customers as well. Overall a great app and I highly recommend!

Excellent Control System. Would recommend to have a good way to control the feed back from your customers.

A very nice app which does a great job, great to have the opportunity to respond to our customers on less good feedback without no fuss. We give our thumbs up for this. Only thing was a few misspelling for translation. They promised to take care of this soon.

I always am apprehensive about using apps, So far so good. I was looking in Podium which is very similar but Reputon works and is way less cost.

I used this app to increase my google rating which was very bad when I took over the business , two weeks in and now we're 4.6 Great app highly recommended

This app is great. It notifies me when reviews are only "satisfactory" - allowing me to contact the customer to find out what the issue is and resolve it to make them happy! So glad I added this app to my shop.

This app is really good in filtering the bad feedback. Very user friendly, it is very easy to set up. Good customer service, replied to me within a day. The only thing I wished if I could see the list of customers this app has sent the email to, instead of just numbers.

THis app is great. It helps us with the reviews. The good reviews goes google and the bad goes to us.
