Great app, we're getting lots of fantastic reviews that we never had before! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone with a small business.

The app is really working from day one. You receive a bonus boost when you start sending out your first batch, the system looks back a few months, which is really helpful. The downside is that currently there is very little room to really edit the review email template using html coding, but I was promised this would be updated in the near future.

Very helpful, quick to give us response to issues too. Originally went with 3 star but after sorting our issue upgraded rating.
Thanks for the review. We have just reviewed your account and it looks like your customer hit 2-3 stars in the follow-up email by accident instead of 4-5 stars and left excellent review in our own form where negative feedback is usually coming. You should not change anything in your settings, this is very rare occasion. Regards, Reputon team

Its a great app to use for trustpilot and other review sites like google, facbook and sitejabber. Its free upto I think 500 emails per month.

Perfectly simple, easy to use, works great! Takes some time for the reviews to come in after setup, that's normal. Vladimir was there to answer any questions I had in a timely manner! Awesome!

easy setup. the email template doesn't look as professional, but functions extremely well. I would suggest this app

Easy to install and set up. It sent 170 email right away and got several reviews right away. Yaaaaaaay!

Smart review app, this app helps us collect reviews and address customer issues before they become bad reviews as well. I'm very glad I came across it and would highly recommend it. To the developers, please don't make changes to the app, it works perfectly.
